Rosary high school Pune Admission Procedure



  1. Applications and enquires for admission should be made in the rosary high school office, Pune, during the dates and timing specified by the school.
  2. All the necessary requirements must be fully met for the admission to be considered.
  3. The documents specified should be checked, verified and submitted as per the admission notice.
  4. A Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate from a recognized school, is a necessary document required when admission is granted to Std II and above .
  5. If a student has come from a different State, the Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate must be countersigned by the concerned authority. The Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate must be from a recognized school only. For students coming from a different country, the Leaving certificate / Transfer certificate must be countersigned by the concerned officer of the Indian embassy/Consulate of that country.
  6. A provisional certificate from the previous school may be submitted in case the Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate is delayed due to the procedure being followed for the counter signature. Till a proper Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate, duly signed by the appropriate persons is not submitted, the admission granted will be provisional.
  7. A student admitted on a Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate will be placed in the class which the certificate shows him/her to be qualified, in the appropriate month of that year. It is a rule of the school, as per a government directive that the student will not be promoted before the end of the school year.
  8. Parents/Guardians must sign an undertaking, that the school rules and regulations will be abided by.
  9. The Management, Principal do not bind themselves to furnish any reason for rejecting any application.
  10. The admission will only be confirmed on payment of school fees as specified.
